Adult Ministries
Men’s Ministry — At COGGC, we provide biblical training and resources for men to become spiritual leaders in their families, churches, and workplaces. The Men’s Ministry focuses on nurturing men in their Christian walk to create a lasting influence for both the current and future generations. We achieve this goal through various activities such as Bible study, discipleship groups, evangelism training, leadership development, accountability groups, mentoring, retreats, mission trips, and special events. In today’s culture, it’s increasingly important for men to honor God with their hearts and lives.
Women’s Ministry — The Women’s Ministry at COGGC is an active group of women dedicated to deepening their understanding of God through the study of His Word. Alongside seasonal Bible studies in spring, summer, and fall, we support and empower women to engage with Scripture year-round. You’ll see COGGC women actively serving and mentoring others within the church and extending their outreach to positively influence the community in ways
Host Team
Greeter Team—Offer a sincere greeting and acknowledge every person attending church.
Hospitality Team—Provide refreshments and interact with each person in the lobby.
Parking Team—Create an incredible first impression for people by offering a safe, easy parking experience with a high-energy welcome and clear directions.
Usher Team—Welcome guests and offer assistance to make engaging with the service both easy and distraction-free.
Prep Team—Prepare the building and seats in the auditorium to eliminate distractions and show people we were expecting them.
COGGC Online Team—Create a welcoming environment for guests as they attend church digitally. Pray with them, lead them in conversation, and answer questions throughout the service, all while attending online.
Operations Team
Administration Team—Support guests as they take their next steps by organizing and managing details, communication, and data behind the scenes.
Event Team—Ensure guests have a meaningful experience as they take their next steps in our special events.
Prayer Team—Support others through prayer.
Facilities Team—Maintain a safe, distraction-free environment through event setup, teardown, and general building maintenance.
Product Team—Equip people with helpful products like books and apparel.
Accounting Team—Accurately process contributions with integrity and excellence.
Safety Team—Help create a safe environment for guests as you operate with compassion, kindness, and common sense.
Worship & Tech Team
Social Media—Help people engage with COGGC through your location’s social media channels.
Photography—Visually capture how God is moving at COGGC.
Tech—Help set the stage for people to experience God through lighting, slides, and more.
FOH Sound Engineer—Create an audio environment for people to experience God during services. (Requires an audition)
Band & Vocals—Lead people to worship God through music as part of a weekend service. (Requires an audition)
Social Media Engagement Team
The Social Media Engagement Team believes that every message, every comment, and every share are opportunities to grow in faith. When you serve on this team, you can help reach people on social media platforms for Christ. And no matter where you live or how you attend church, one of the best parts is that you can serve from anywhere. All you need is a device to connect and a willingness to reach people on social media.

Beginnings—Create a safe and loving environment for babies and begin the partnership between parents and COGGC.
Small Groups—Invest in a small group of kids and help lead them to the purpose God has for their lives while also partnering with their parents.
